Industrial Serial to Ethernet products facilitate RS232 or RS422/485 communications over existing Ethernet networks by ingeniously packing serial data into an Ethernet frame and moving the data to the relevant location (typically a PC) using IP addressing.
It is an ideal way to reduce cabling duplication or to overcome the 15m distance limitation of RS232.

1. Exemys GRD-XF-4G: Telemetry device with 4G + 3G + 2G Cellular / Satellite communication and Programmable Logic
The Exemys GRD-XF-4G modules are typically used for telemetry applications via a 4G/3G/2G cellular network or via satellite communication. The modules are available with a variety of I/O options (serial, digital and analog I/O) and are able to run local scripts.
The data can be processed or viewed via several options, like for instance Apache HTTP Server or MySQL, SCADA software supporting Modbus or via an Exemys hosted webserver (annual subscription fee).

The GPS-110-MB-PS from EXEMYS is an Industrial GPS receiver with Modbus communication. It has two serial ports, one RS232 port for configuration and reading of NMEA sentences, and an RS485 Modbus Slave port to obtain all the data generated by the GPS (Latitude, Length, Speed, Hour, etc.) using Modbus registers.

The SGW1-IA3-MMP is a Modbus communications multiplexer / converter over serial ports. It allows you to connect Modbus RTU / ASCII masters to Modbus RTU / ASCII slaves. Each of the serial devices can operate with Baud Rate, Data Bits, Parity, Bits Stop and different Modbus protocol type (RTU or ASCII).
As an additional function, the device allows the exchange of information between Modbus masters through the 1000-byte exchange memory that can be read and written by any of the connected masters.
